This 2010 season in Japan, we’ll be mapping all the best terrain and pow in Furano using the iPhone and the iMapMyRun app. You’ll be able to see exactly which trails we hit on the mountain, and we’ll update our map with additional info including the best jumps, powder stashes and tree runs.
I tested iMapMyRun around Melbourne, and you can see the results below. The app will map your total distance as well as elevation (very hand for snowboarding!) For the most accurate results you are dependent on a decent GPS signal.
